How to make a healthy smoothie when low on ingredients

I attempted to make a smoothie this morning using the well-known Ninja blender. Considering I didn’t have all of the necessary ingredients, I still made it work.. Even Carter liked it!


  1. Ice
  2. Oats
  3. a splash of vitamin D milk
  4. Greek Vanilla yogurt
  5. Blueberries

If you have a sweet-tooth, than I would recommend you adding some sugar, agave or honey. The sweetness from the Greek Vanilla Yogurt was enough for me 🙂
